Nathan Patterson ‘keen’ on Everton transfer as Rangers name their price

Rafa Benitez is ready to resurrect his interest in the defender, who has started just two league games this season
Nathan Patterson is reportedly keen on a move to Everton due to his lack of football at Rangers
The Toffees are set to resurrect their interest in Patterson, 20, after two fails bids in the summer.

Gers are reluctant to sell the highly-rated right-back and booted out a £5million offer at the start of the season.
However, it’s understood a bid in the region of £10m could tempt Ibrox chiefs into selling the Scotland starlet.
Despite his huge potential, Patterson has started just two league games for the champions this season, with captain James Tavernier first in the pecking order.

Rafa Benitez views the youngster as a long-term replacement for Seamus Coleman and believes Patterson can compete for a place right away.

Patterson has made 11 appearances in total for Rangers this season and has established himself as a Scotland international, with six caps to his name.

Meanwhile Benitez is also on the verge of securing a £17m deal to land Dynamo Kiev left-back Vitaliy Mykolenko.
