DELE ALLI will be available for transfer next month, according to reports.
The midfielder hasn’t started a Premier League game since September, and has played just two minutes of domestic action since Antonio Conte’s arrival as boss.
Dele Alli, 25, has struggled for form during the last two seasons in North London.
But he could soon be offered the opportunity to revitalise his career elsewhere.
According to the Telegraph, he is set to be on the market next month.
They reckon that chairman Daniel Levy would ideally like to negotiate a permanent transfer with a decent transfer fee for the 37-cap England international
Newcastle have been tentatively linked with Alli, as they fight to avoid the drop.
Although Rio Ferdinand believes that Conte’s arrival at Spurs could be a ‘turning point’ for Dele.
He said on his FIVE podcast: “Conte, he doesn’t suffer fools, he doesn’t accept standards that are below what he sets. So I’m sure this is again a great opportunity.
“He’s now got a manager who’s going to have huge demands, be demanding of him constantly every day. And that might be the turning point for Dele.”
