Manchester United have finally confirmed a deal which will see Atalanta winger Amad Diallo arrive at the club has been finalised.

The 18-year-old winger has penned a contract until June 2025 with the Red Devils, though the club have the option to extend the deal by a further year should they choose to do so.

United confirmed the youngster’s arrival via a statement released on the club’s official website.

Diallo added that it was his ‘dream’ to play for Manchester United and that he believes the Red Devils are the ‘perfect club’ for him.

“After waiting since the summer, it is finally a dream come true to complete my move to Manchester United,” he said. “I am hugely ambitious and there is so much that I want to achieve in the game; when I spoke to the manager I knew that I had joined the perfect club
